In this Youtube video, I go over my regular maintenance method for taking care of cast iron cookware. This is not the "deep" seasoning that may have to be done from time to time or if your cast iron is in poor shape. I call this a "quick season" method. I do this every 2 to 3 times I cook with an item. It helps to maintain the regular "health" of my cast iron. I hope you find this helpful.
